This file includes activities, mentor sentences, and a quiz for the short story “Marigolds” by Eugenia W. Collier. These activities will assess comprehension, give students writing practice, and encourage analytical thinking.

→ Quiz—check for comprehension with this ten multiple-choice questions quiz.
